RETURNS / EXCHANGES

• Returns or exchanges are accepted of unused / unworn items, excluding custom or personalized orders. Please contact us at info@cultivatecreativity.co within 5 days of receipt of package if you would like to return / exchange your items, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

• Returns / Exchanges must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt of package.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ItEMS

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of package at info@cultivatecreativity.co.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We are not responsible for any packages not shipped by us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
